Con motivo de este fenómeno astronómico, el Planetario de Buenos Aires organizará un evento especial: desde el parque lindero a la institución, se harán observaciones del eclipse a simple vista y con varios telescopios, entre las 18.00 y 19.00 hs (cuando finalizará el eclipse). Una vez más la Luna volverá a hundirse en el gran cono de sombra de la Tierra: será el próximo miércoles 15 de junio, al anochecer. Y el fenómeno se verá de punta a punta en Asia Central y la mayor parte de Africa. Desde la Argentina, sólo veremos su tramo final, desde la mitad oriental del país, incluyendo a Buenos Aires y alrededores (el eclipse no se verá desde las provincias del Oeste). Aún así, tendremos la muy rara oportunidad de ver a la Luna completamente eclipsada, asomando por el horizonte.
